Spent a long time trying to find a suitable stay in Delhi and decided to give this place a go. All in all, a great experience at Prime Balaji Deluxe, run by the excellent Mr Dinesh and Shym. The free airport pickup was a fantastic service, especially since my flight landed many hours sate and the Metro had already closed by the time I arrived. The location was incredibly convenient for my needs, just a short walk from the New Delhi railway station. The complimentary breakfast was great with a huge variety of choice. Didn't even need to have lunch after that. The rooms were clean and comfortable and with effective air conditioning - very important in Delhi heat! Other good points were that the hotel offered free water each day and free luggage storage, which was perfect for my schedule. But most importantly, I was especially impressed by their flexibility in allowing me to use a room for a quick shower before my departure, a thoughtful touch that made all the difference. Definitely recommend staying here.

First, I had a request in the early morning of my booking that was fulfilled quickly and easily, that was a very good start, and I want to thank them again for this. The street is a small street and very quiet: you don't hear the noise of the avenue next to it. Also, when you arrive in this hotel, you are received like in a 5 stars hotel. Seriously. The staff is incredibly professional, polite and nice. I even thought that maybe I confused with another property. But no: they simply have a high standard of professionalism! Oh, and they are really fluent in English! The room is quite spacious and, rare thing with hotels in India: everything works!! The bed was clean and comfortable and I had a perfect sleep. The room service was efficient, quick, and the food was delicious and with gigantic portions: fabulous! If I have to stay in Delhi again, I will definitely stay there!

The staff were out of this world extremely attentive respectful and on point. Very thoughtful and always willing to help and meet and go beyond our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, towels and sheets clean, hygienic and with all the amenities. Breakfast was extremely good and had enough choice. Breakfast staff were impeccable. Our favourite staff were the security guards and the breakfast staff they always went the extra mile to ensure we were safe and felt cared for. The room was cleaned to a decent standard everyday. For the price point this is a must stay, certainly recommend and would stay here again and again. The mikky restaurant and guru dev(veg) both around the corner are a must try. Incredible food and extremely affordable. The location is full of things to do and felt safe. Totally forgot to take photos but photos on booking are the real deal.

I have come since it was built, and at that time it was like a retreat for me, new clean, bright - great food. Despite many middle class places deteriorates quickly in India (I know, belive me), the prime Balaji is my home, whenever in Delhi. I have also brought groups of friends from Denmark here. So I like it, Silence in the chaotic New Delhi Railway station area, and great staff - even from Nepal. Rooms a ok size, room service food is great, and breakfast upstairs is the same.

Completely acceptable offering based on its value for money & definitely good enough to be comfortable. Helpful staff, although that seems to be the culture in india. Mr.Singh is very a pro-active manager at this property. Central location, but the neighborhood is not as clean and presentable as areas in Delhi with new malls etc, yet much more convenient a location than outlying parts of the city.
